The Administration Council monitors the management of the company through regular interaction of its members with MDS management team. During board meetings we make an analysis of the evolution of the business, deliberating about matters relevant to the life of the company and the development of business.

The Executive Committee consists of team leaders for each business and support area. It is the executive body that ensures the implementation of the operational plan and the implementation of the approved budget by the Board of Directors, framed in the Strategic Plan. Their intervention takes place according to a management model aimed for the employees development and the customer satisfaction .
